About Us
Background
The Cradle BMX Club was established in 2016 with only five members. From there, the club grew and had more than 80 members by 2019. Our club is affiliated with Gauteng BMX and Cycling South Africa, and every year, we send riders to compete in the UCI World Championships. We are proud to say that one of our riders has already obtained two UCI World Championship numbers! BMX South Africa partnered with the Bothongo Rhino and Lion Park to create one of the most spectacular BMX Racetracks in South Africa.
In 2023 the focus will be to grow membership and position Cradle BMX Club as one of the leading BMX establishes in South Africa for new and existing riders.
